OmniforceAI is hiring a remote Experienced AI Engineer to lead AI builds from architecture to delivery, set code quality standards, and guide engineering work across client projects.

The AI Engineer will take ownership of technical architecture and code quality across client builds, lead projects end to end, and help raise the team’s engineering standards.

What Valtech Is Looking For
7+ years of experience building and maintaining production software.
At least 2 years of experience building LLM systems used in real-world applications.
Strong Python skills.
Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar tools.
Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and evaluation methods.
Ability to take ownership of the full system lifecycle, including data, deployment, and monitoring.
Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical business leaders.
Experience reviewing code and setting engineering standards constructively.
