What You Will Do
- Manage accurate and compliant payroll processing across the DACH region and Poland
- Validate and approve payroll cycles within internal controls and thresholds
- Perform payroll audits and reconcile accounts in collaboration with Finance
- Handle complex payroll issues and employee escalations
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Provide guidance and mentorship on payroll best practices
Requirements
- Strong experience in payroll operations, ideally across multiple countries
- Advanced knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and auditing
- Ability to manage complex cases and escalations with sound judgment
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
