Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat
- Handle queries promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to customers and partners to provide assistance and clarify information
- Collect user feedback and share insights with product, sales, and marketing teams
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Serbian and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to write quickly and accurately in both languages
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Passion for helping and communicating with people
- Willingness to work shifts (rotating schedule: 2/2, including day and night shifts as specified)
