Grafit is hiring a remote Graphic Ads Designer-from Poland to create engaging, high-impact visuals for social media and marketing campaigns.

In this role, you’ll focus on producing scroll-stopping graphics, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing creative ideas across digital channels.

You’ll collaborate closely with the design team and leadership while using modern tools (including AI) to streamline and enhance your workflow.

This is a full-time, remote-first role with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter)
• Design marketing materials, banners, and visual assets
• Collaborate with the co-founder and design team
• Maintain and follow brand guidelines while adding creative input
• Use AI tools to improve design efficiency and workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in tech or B2B)
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Portfolio showcasing social media and marketing design work
• Experience creating LinkedIn content (a plus)
• Motion design skills (nice to have)
• Strong attention to detail and high visual standards
• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistency
• Fluent in English and Polish
