In this role, you’ll manage content scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking while working hands-on with real campaigns that build immediate portfolio experience.

You’ll use tools like GoHighLevel, social platforms, and AI tools to execute and optimize outreach campaigns, making this a strong entry-level opportunity for students or recent graduates.

This role is flexible, with full-time preferred but part-time considered.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Deploy and manage email campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Monitor campaign performance and flag issues (low engagement, deliverability)
• Maintain logs of published and sent content
• Use AI tools to create and refine content and visuals
• Build and maintain templates for social posts and emails
• Adapt content tone and format per platform
• Source or create visuals for social media
• Configure email campaigns, audience segments, and A/B tests
• Build and update automation workflows (with guidance)
• Track and report campaign metrics (open rates, clicks, engagement)
• Compile weekly performance reports and insights

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or similar
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) (required)
• Experience using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
• Experience managing social media for a brand (not just personal use)
• Strong written English skills
• Organized and able to follow content calendars independently
• Reliable internet and working setup for remote work
• Preferred:
  Experience with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
  Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
  Basic video editing for short-form content (Reels, etc.)
  Prior freelance or contract content experience (even student projects)
