This role focuses on developing integrations, AI agents, and data-driven solutions that help customers unify their tools, automate workflows, and extract actionable insights.

You’ll work closely with both engineering and customer-facing teams to design and deliver scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build & deploy solutions

  Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, automations, and integrations
  Connect DevRev with customer systems and workflows
  Implement scalable solutions across diverse tech stacks

   

• System integration

  Integrate SaaS and non-SaaS platforms using APIs, webhooks, and real-time architectures
  Build reliable data pipelines for seamless data flow between systems
  Work with event-driven and pub/sub architectures

   

• AI & optimization

  Apply prompt engineering and generative AI techniques
  Work with large language models (LLMs) and frameworks such as RAG and function calling
  Improve AI agent performance and accuracy

   

• Data & analytics

  Write SQL queries and analyze data to generate insights
  Build dashboards and reporting tools for customer decision-making
  Work with data modeling, schema alignment, and transformations

   

• Prototyping & iteration

  Develop rapid proof-of-concepts and technical demos
  Iterate based on customer feedback and stakeholder input
  Refine solutions to meet evolving requirements

   

• Customer collaboration

  Spend time working directly with customers (approx. 30%)
  Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and guide implementations
  Translate business needs into technical solutions

   

• Cross-functional collaboration

  Work closely with engineering, product, customer success, and revenue teams
  Maintain communication loops to ensure alignment across stakeholders
  Support technical adoption and onboarding for customers

   

• Additional responsibilities

  Participate in technical workshops and implementations (including travel up to 30%)
  Document solutions, workflows, and integrations clearly
  Troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical blockers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or platform engineering
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with APIs, REST/GraphQL, webhooks, and integration patterns
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and serverless architectures
• Experience with CI/CD, containers, and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis

Nice To Have

• Experience with Go
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent frameworks
• Experience with event-driven architectures and pub/sub systems
• Knowledge of observability tools, logging, and telemetry
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar context-aware systems
