DevRev is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring operations and help deliver a smooth, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience across global teams.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling across time zones, track candidate progress, and ensure hiring workflows run seamlessly.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the recruiting process organized, responsive, and candidate-focused in a fast-paced, global environment.
Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to move candidates through the hiring pipeline
Coordinate interviews, offers, and hiring stages efficiently
Support end-to-end recruiting operations
Manage complex scheduling across global time zones
Coordinate both remote and in-person interviews when needed
Handle calendar alignment, rescheduling, and conflict resolution
Act as the main point of contact for candidates
Provide timely, clear, and professional communication
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout the process
Collect and organize interviewer feedback after interviews
Ensure Talent Partners have accurate and timely data to make decisions
Maintain structured tracking of candidate progress
Keep applicant tracking system (ATS) records accurate and up to date
Maintain strong data hygiene and consistency
Use tools such as ATS platforms, Google Workspace, and Slack
Assist the Talent team with operational processes and improvements
Support recruiting workflows, procedures, and initiatives
Contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and coordination
