TestGorilla is hiring a Customer Success Advisor Part-Time to support SMB customers across the EMEA region.

You’ll manage a portfolio of ~100 accounts, focusing on onboarding, adoption, retention, and long-term customer value. The role operates in an AI-first environment, combining automation with strong relationship-building to deliver scalable and high-quality customer experiences.

Responsabillities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB customers
• Lead onboarding and improve Time-to-First-Value
• Drive product adoption and customer retention
• Monitor customer health and proactively reduce churn
• Use AI tools and automation to optimize workflows
• Partner with Account Managers on renewals and expansion
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver ROI
• Turn customers into advocates and case studies

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation
• Strong discovery, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Niche to have:
  Experience with tools like ChurnZero, HubSpot, Jira, Gong, etc.
  Experience with renewals and pricing conversations
