A Dallas, USA–based clinic needs a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support patient admin and records.

Responsibilities for the Healthcare Virtual Assistant:

• Schedule patient appointments and reminders
• Manage basic patient intake forms and electronic records
• Assist with billing follow-ups and insurance pre-checks
• Handle patient inquiries with confidentiality

Requirements:

• Experience in medical admin, clinic support, or healthcare VA roles
• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA-like confidentiality practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English
• Reliable internet and secure handling of patient data
