A Toronto, Canada–based media firm seeks a Graphic Design Virtual Assistant to support creative production.

Responsibilities for the Graphic Design Virtual Assistant:

• Design social media posts, banners, and basic marketing materials
• Prepare assets for campaigns and ad creatives
• Edit photos, resize images, and export files to required specs
• Assist senior designers with repetitive tasks and revisions

Requirements:

• Prior graphic design or VA design support experience
• Proficiency with Canva and basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills
• Good eye for layout and brand consistency
• Timely communication and file organization skills
