A London, UK–based law firm is hiring a Legal Admin Virtual Assistant from Eastern Europe to assist with documentation and scheduling.

Responsibilities for the Legal Admin Virtual Assistant:

• Draft legal correspondence and prepare case files 
• Manage calendars and appointments for lawyers 
• Organize contracts and maintain filing systems 
• Conduct basic legal research when required

Requirements:

• Previous admin VA or paralegal experience preferred 
• Strong English communication and formatting skills 
• Detail-oriented and confidential with data 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
