Key Responsibilities for the Virtual Learning Assistant:
- Respond to student inquiries via chat/email.
- Support instructors with scheduling and content uploads.
- Track student progress and flag issues.
Required Skills for the Virtual Learning Assistant:
- Experience in customer support or education preferred.
- Familiarity with LMS tools like Teachable, Thinkific, or Moodle.
- Empathetic, clear communicator.
