Tech Support Virtual Assistant Full Time

A Seattle, USA–based app company is hiring a Tech Support Virtual Assistant from Asia to provide first-line support and triage.

Responsibilities for the Tech Support Virtual Assistant:

• Respond to customer support tickets and live chats
• Provide step-by-step troubleshooting and documentation
• Reproduce issues and escalate to engineering when needed
• Maintain a knowledge base and common fixes

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support or tech-savvy VA roles
• Comfortable with web apps, mobile apps, and SaaS troubleshooting
• Clear written English and good problem-solving skills
• Basic familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk)
