We run multiple Shopify stores focused on home décor and wellness.
We’re hiring a remote Shopify Virtual Assistant who’s a wizard with store management, customer service, and light marketing tasks.
You’ll Be Doing
- Add and update products (titles, tags, photos)
- Track and process orders, follow up with suppliers
- Answer customer questions via email and chat
- Monitor reviews and flag negative feedback
- Assist with email newsletter content (Mailchimp experience a plus)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Shopify or WooCommerce experience
- Strong written English
- Reliable, proactive, and organized
- Fast learner, with a good eye for product images
Nice Extras
- Experience with Oberlo or dropshipping apps
- Basic Photoshop or Canva skills
