We’re expanding our remote HR team and looking for an remote Administrative Assistant to support recruitment and onboarding.
This is ideal for someone detail-driven with a background in HR, staffing, or admin roles.
Your Main Tasks
- Schedule interviews and send calendar invites
- Update applicant tracking spreadsheets
- Follow up with candidates and request documentation
- Maintain employee records and onboarding checklists
- Support internal training coordination
- 25hrs a week
Skills Required
- Experience in administrative or HR roles
- Excellent communication and time management
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Airtable
- Professional tone and discretion with sensitive information
