A Chicago-based boutique recruiting firm is seeking a remote Recruiting Assistant to help with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and tracking applicants.
Job Location: Remote, work from anywhere you are!
Preferred Applicant Location: Europe, Asia, South America.
Key Responsibilities for the Recruiting Assistant:
- Source and screen resumes.
- Schedule candidate interviews.
- Update the applicant tracking system.
Required Skills for the Recruiting Assistant:
- Experience in HR/recruiting is a plus.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards.
