Administrative Assistant- Freelancer from Serbia Full Time

German tech firm is offering full-time work from home, and looking for a Freelancer from Serbia.

They are expanding the support team and hiring a remote admin assistant from Serbia. You will work with their German operations team to keep our backend organized and productive.

Responsibilities for the Admin Assistant Freelancer:

• Maintain spreadsheets and client logs
• Organize internal documentation
• Track tasks and deliverables for engineering teams
• Help prepare internal reports and updates

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Strong Excel/Sheets and organizational skills
• 1–2 years of remote work experience
• Able to work 9am–5pm CET
